Gurgaon - the green pasture for establishing new business

Gurgaon the most upcoming and fast developing city near Delhi is drawing the attention of workers, entrepreneurs, professionals as well as investors alike. The boom in the realty sector can be felt more apparently with the entry of big players like Godrej, Tata and Sobha developers from Bangalore.

Gurgaon
The establishment of the IT industry has caused an influx of IT professionals into the city. In the early development stages of Gurgaon as a commercial hub, many fortune five hundred companies opened their corporate offices. These companies which are employing high income professionals find it difficult to accommodate them in the capital due to overpopulation. This rise in industrial and commercial activity has led to an ever-increasing demand for housing. To add to this, the perennial traffic problems make it difficult for residents of Delhi to commute on a daily basis.

So a need for housing facilities in the nearby areas is on the rise. The current residential units available in some of the developed sectors of DLF and the Golf Course road are proving not at all sufficient. Keeping this in mind, huge housing projects are being planned by the township authorities, so that the gap between requirement and availability can be bridged. This might require the development of some of the surrounding regions of Manesar.

The new housing plan involves development of nearly fifteen thousand hectares of land in and around Gurgaon. An estimated more than fifty sectors will be added to the existing ones. Such huge projects will open newer avenues for entrepreneurs and small businesses. New Gurgaon is fast developing into one of the high ranking realty hub due to its sophisticated infrastructure and facilities’ along with better connectivity to the airport and neighboring cities. The Metro rail is the best means to travel between Gurgaon and Delhi. Whenever you are traveling to Delhi, do extend your visit to Gurgaon, just to have a look at the millennium city of India and a green pasture for establishing future businesses.
